ESDIAC gets an official licence to bring cheaper internet data, digital phone SIM cards, and cross-border calls to Nigerians.
Nigerian technology firm ESDIAC Global Systems Limited has officially secured a national operating license to expand its phone internet data and digital communication services across Nigeria.
The strategic regulatory approval was formally confirmed on October 19, 2026, opening up new opportunities for cheap mobile internet access nationwide.
Under this newly granted operating license, the technology firm will deliver cross-border data packages, international phone call plans, and modern electronic SIM cards to phone users.
The company already operates across more than one hundred and fifty countries and four hundred cities worldwide, providing digital phone connections to families and overseas workers.
By bringing its global network directly into the Nigerian telecommunications market, ESDIAC plans to spend fresh capital on local internet equipment, train local technology workers, and build cheap internet data channels for small village shops, local business owners, and families living in quiet rural towns.
The company’s mobile platform allows phone users to buy cheap data bundles and manage digital phone lines straight from their mobile phones without visiting physical phone shops.
Opening up the national data market to fresh technology companies is very important for everyday shopkeepers, students, market sellers, and families across Nigeria.
For many years, buying internet data bundles to browse social media, call distant relatives, and send money has been very expensive for regular citizens.
When more licensed technology firms enter the market to sell internet data, healthy price competition forces phone companies to lower data costs, improve network signal strength, and stop sudden internet data depletion.

Furthermore, having cheap internet data allows young students to study online lessons, enables local traders to sell goods on mobile apps, and helps families stay connected with relatives working in foreign countries without spending all their hard-earned income.
Explaining how getting the national data operating licence helps connect everyday people to business opportunities across the world, top executive leadership at ESDIAC shared their vision for the country.
Emphasizing the main goal of the firm’s national expansion, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ESDIAC, Austin Ugbebor, stated that “our purpose is to connect people, opportunity and markets”.
Highlighting how working inside Nigeria’s regulated data market supports long-term digital growth for local communities and small businesses, company leadership expressed excitement about the path ahead.
Austin Ugbebor added that “this licence allows us to deepen our contribution to Nigeria’s digital transformation while building a more inclusive communications ecosystem for the future”.
ESDIAC is encouraging small business owners and phone users to explore its cheap cross-border plans. As the technology firm sets up its local infrastructure, millions of phone users across Nigeria look forward to enjoying cheaper, faster, and more reliable mobile internet data services.
