Senegal’s Société de Gestion des Participations de l’État (SOGEPA) and TDS-SA have initiated formal discussions to explore a strategic partnership aimed at modernizing public sector assets and accelerating national digital transformation.
Senegal’s public asset management agency, SOGEPA and national broadcasting and digital infrastructure operator, TDS-SA have initiated high-level discussions to establish a strategic partnership.
The proposed collaboration aims to combine the operational strengths and technical expertise of both public entities to improve public resource management, protect strategic state assets, and drive the modernization of government services.
The partnership brings together two critical pillars of Senegal’s public sector operations by uniting SOGEPA, which is responsible for managing, optimizing, and maximizing the value of the state’s property and physical assets, alongside TDS-SA, which manages Senegal’s core broadcasting networks and essential digital infrastructure. By aligning their capabilities, both institutions aim to create a more efficient ecosystem for managing state resources, strengthening national technological sovereignty, and streamlining public governance.
