Checkout.com has announced a strategic global partnership with Samsung to streamline and optimize digital payment processing across Samsung’s international e-commerce platforms and connected device ecosystem.
Global digital payments provider Checkout.com has announced a major worldwide partnership with Samsung Electronics to enhance digital commerce infrastructure and make Samsung Pay accessible to a broader network of merchants.
Building on an existing relationship that powered transactions for Samsung Gulf Electronics across the Middle East and North Africa, the expanded agreement extends Checkout.com’s services into additional markets across Europe and North America, covering both the Galaxy Store and Samsung.com.
The collaboration combines Checkout.com’s advanced payment-processing platform with Samsung’s vast global ecosystem. To ensure smooth online transactions, Samsung Electronics will utilize Intelligent Acceptance an artificial intelligence-powered optimization engine that analyzes real-time network data to minimize transaction failures, route payments efficiently and improve overall payment performance.
Additionally, Samsung Pay will be integrated into Flow, Checkout.com’s low-code payment integration tool. This integration allows merchants worldwide to easily add Samsung Pay as a digital wallet option at checkout, connecting them with over one billion Samsung Galaxy device users while giving consumers greater flexibility in how they pay.
